When I had a wonderful time at this hotel, I had no hesitation in wanting to give it a five-star rating. Here are my detailed comments about this hotel: Excellent service: from the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I was impressed by the warm and professional service of the staff. Whether it was the receptionist at the front desk or the room service staff, they all demonstrated a high level of professionalism and hospitality. Every request was responded to quickly and satisfactorily, making me feel right at home. In particular, I would like to recognize Clarence, the check-in person at the front desk, for his patience, attentiveness and thoughtfulness. Comfortable Rooms: The hotel's rooms are exquisitely and comfortably designed, from high-quality bedding to modern amenities, all reflecting the hotel's dedication and taste. The layout of the room is reasonable and spacious, enabling me to enjoy a peaceful and comfortable resting environment. Delicious Dining: The hotel's restaurant offered a wide variety of culinary choices for breakfast, lunch or dinner, allowing me to savor delicious dishes. The texture and flavor of the food was impressive, and the service in the restaurant was equally outstanding, making my meal a pleasurable experience. Convenient Facilities: The hotel is equipped with a variety of convenient facilities such as gym, swimming pool, meeting rooms, etc. to fulfill my different needs. These facilities are not only well-equipped, but also in an elegant environment, so that I can feel the quality and class of the hotel while enjoying the services. Excellent location: The hotel is conveniently located in the busy area of Hengqin, with many shopping centers, restaurants and attractions in the vicinity. A lovely and memorable stay. My parents and I arrived late in the afternoon due to a flight delay. Hayley Yin helped me with the check in and informed that the hotel has taken note of my parents' golden anniversary and prepared a little cake and room decoration for them. My parents were pleasantly surprised. It was a wonderful Hilton Honor member experience. ||The room assigned was quiet, clean, spacious and comfortable. They have set up the additional bed next to the window wall so there was plenty of space to move around. ||Everyone from front desk at the lobby to the security at the ground level were attentive, friendly and helpful e.g. giving directions on how to walk to Hengqin port / Legend Ponto Square. Upon exit at ground floor, turn towards right to walk towards Hengqin port (about 5 to 8 mins). From the Hengqin port, use the underpass to get to Legend Ponto Square (another 5 mins).||Location of the hotel is good and easy to find. We used Didi to get from the Zhuhai Port to hotel and the next day from hotel to Chimelong.
