Taiyuan Wanda Wenhua Hotel — Hotel in Taiyuan

Stayed three nights during CNY holiday, great location attached to a big shopping mall with a lot food options and a supermarket and some kids’ facilities.|Good welcome from door staffs and friendly housekeeping team (although she forgot to replenish our bottle water). Good sized room with shower and bathtub, comfy bed and pillow.|Room maintenance failures: I was shocked when I saw the chair in my room - a huge area of broken leather both on the seat and backrest! Looked horrible and filthy... similar damage on the desk pad too. Other broken stuffs in room include the bathroom door, leaking faucet, drawer... Towels in room was hard and old after 3 years (label says made in 2015). The major issue was the temperature in room, hotel doesn’t provide AC/fresh air in winter all our rooms were in 28-29 degree even we switched off the heating!|Breakfast buffet looks like 2-star hotel, and replenishment was not efficient. Very limited selection too. Felt like I was at home here as we stayed for 8 days. Great location and staff. Greeted by smiling staff when you entered the hotel. Comfy rooms. Need more coffee in the room though. Nice bath and shower room. Good quality toiletries and bath salts provided. We arranged for my son and his wife to stay here for their honeymoon night and the staff left fizzy fruit bowl petals in the bath and swan towels which was a nice touch. Thank you to you all including Fiona the lady on reception who tried so hard to find a hairdresser who would do hair at 6am for he wedding to the bird of paradise man too. We will definitely be...

I enjoyed the wonderful stay at Hotel Wanda Vista. Rooms are super spacious, nice couch, working table and safelocker.|In washroom they offers bath tub also.|All toileteries are found well in place, shaving kit, comb, earbuds, toothbrush kid etc.|Bed side painting type glass is so awesome.|Stay there is awesome experience, nice breakfast buffet with lots of variety.|I found very helpful Staff, I forgot one of my personal item at Airport and I approached to Reception Staff manager Ms Mary Cheng and she helped in tracing and getting the same, she's very nice and kind behaviour girl.||All together it's 5 out of 5...
