I had an absolutely wonderful one-night stay at Sheraton Taizhou on my recent business trip: from the moment Winni and Cici greeted me with warm smiles and addressed me by name at check-in, to the serene, elegantly appointed room with plush bedding and thoughtful amenities, every detail impressed. Absolutely one of the worst hotels to stay in. Staff is extremely unfriendly and no matter what you ask them the answer is simply sorry we can't do that. It's like speaking with a robot. And when you share your disappointment they will try to cover up their mistakes. Literally checked out at 9 pm as they provided no customer service.
