Holiday Inn Express Tianjin Airport — Hotel in Tianjin

I need stay 1night then transfer the flight to Hong Kong , near the airport only this international brand hotel, I call the hotel ask them how to go to hotel and any pick up service before I check in but the staff give me very confuse answer . When I check in the room was very old,I take shower in the bathroom but the sewer was stagnant, then I call the housekeeping please soft the problem and send me the clean towers due to the water on the bathroom floor ,when they finished the compliant ,they don’t take out the dirty towers, because they go inside the bathroom don’t take out the shoes ,so make the floor very dirty ,then they used the shower towers to clean the dirty footprint. I don’t support they use the guest showers towers to clean the floor. after that I told them pass out the towers ,but they said room attendant off duty already, just put at the corner ，I don’t know IHG how to manage the hotel.no more next time to check...

I stayed here because I had to catch the plane the next day, and I had heard this hotel has the pickup service since it's near the airport. However, the staff told me there would be no pickup service, just exactly the day that I needed to catch the plane because they sent the car to the repair store. And they didn't give me any solutions, only a Sorry. At the same time, even though the hotel is called Tianjin Airport, but it actually takes an hour to walk to the airport, 40 mins to take public transportation, and 20 mins to take a taxi.

Also, the facilities in the hotel were old, and the trash bins got no bags in them. The only good thing was there was a network cable on the desk and the room was somehow clean. Oh and there was a robot can deliver your food to your room. Honestly I like the robot more than...

We stayed 2seperate days before n after our cruise from Tianjin no one speak English we booked the hotel with air miles points had the reservation number showed the front desk that it was paid in full but they don’t understand and charged me for one night room after explaining that it was paid for any way got the room my wife found out carpet was soaking wet the girl came n said broken room we change ok it was a nightmare explains to them please I beg u don’t stay at this hotel the bed was hard n dirty.shuttle bus driver didn’t speak English n refuse to take us to the airport also no air conditioning...
