the gym has very good facility
Cons:
took very long to check in - the guest in front took very long time
the gym only opens at 10am. Should make it 24hours.
internet longin page sometimes takes a long time come out when using laptop to connect
need to improve internet speed for external website. All the websites outside of China are either not accessible or very slow. For example, IHG official site, Cathay Pacific Website, banking websites from overseas, stock trading websites, etc...

One of the hotel receptionists named Fay was very helpful and guided me through out the process of booking and my stay there. Hotel is in a great location next to a food street, a metro station and many other places. The room was very clean and everything else was on point. A minor inconvenience is that you cannot connect to the TV via HDMI or any other way, so you only have the option of viewing channels available there. All Chinese channels except for HBO.
