On the outside you'll never guess what await you inside... I'm traveling alot and all over the world - Royal Grace Hotel is one of the best I've visited. Where do I start?||Reception: Marble, rustical furniture, discrete smell of the rose in the air. What a wellcome. Pitty, that the stuff doesen't speak english very well, so there were some comunications issues... But nevertheless, I've got my room key. Open elevator (to the outside) and beautifull hall leading you to your room. The same ambiente in the room:||Marble look like tile flor, big bed, beautiful bath. Aircon (do not open the window), big flat TV (really big), two(?) telephones, ... Bath divided with glass (not plastic shower cabin). The only thing I was missing in such a royal hotel, was a bathtub. But not a big issue. Shower cabin big enough, 2 big and two small towels (fresh every day). ||Now to the most important part of the room - the bed. This one was the best bed I ever slept on. Not soft but then not hard. Perfect. I slept like a baby the whole week. ||Restaurant&food:||Breakfast - everything your heart desires. Eggs, meat, vegetables of all art,... Chinese breakfast,... I was missing a real coffee - but this is China. At the evening, if you want to stay in the hotel for the diner, they are offering "all you can eat" buffe for aprox. 22€ in the western restaurant. But there are more restaurant incl. China restaurant... The variety of the food was excellent. I was suprised over Chinese wine - very good. ||In the hotel you will also find a smal, but well equipped gym. The only problem is, the gym is closed in the evening and I can't find the reason why. You can enter with your room card I it is hidden in the lobby so it bothers no one if somebody is inside working out. ||Spa is located 50 m from the hotel (not in this hotel). ||It was a royal stay. Small things, as cookies and milk awaits you beside you bed, when you enter the room in the evening with the best wishes and good night. makes your stay perfect. This hotel has my all recommendations. If you stay in Wuhan, stay in Royal Grace Hotel, you...
Read moreI was here on business for 17 nights. I was totally happy with the standard of accommodation, the food, and the facilities. The concierge desk staff in particular helped enormously with getting me a taxi every morning and telling the driver in Chinese where i wanted to go. Many of the staff were able to speak some English, and if they couldn't they were still helpful. The hotel is large and furnished in a baroque European style, with a pleasant garden area at the back. Food in the main of two restaurants was a buffet and of the highest standard: a wide range of Western and Chinese food was available. I was blown away by the quality of the coffee and croissants in the morning! Will...
Read moreThis is my first visit to China. I found this Hotel to be truly international standards. Very elegantly designed common areas and modern rooms. The Restaurant has excellent choices for breakfast and the buffer dinner in Manna is really a treat for sea food lovers and also has lots of veg options. The complimentary red wine is of high quality.|The only thing highly negative about this Hotel is that practically no one is able to speak or understand English. The management must keep some English speaking staff at the front desk. Communication is a...
