Suggesting a bottle of wine—as if alcohol would speed up recovery.||3. A pitiful 3,000 points as "consolation."||Every single "compensation" option felt like a slap in the face. The management refused to meet me even at checkout, hiding behind a duty manager who kept apologizing robotically.||Ultimately, Marriott’s customer service compensated me with 10,000 points and penalized the hotel.||Three reasons to steer clear of this hotel:||1. Despite being new, the renovations are shoddy, with poorly designed furniture—likely due to a rushed rebranding.||2. Front desk staff are clueless about executive lounge benefits. Even after consulting superiors, they provided incorrect info, forcing guests to dig for the truth themselves.||3. Their breakfast and executive lounge offerings are the worst among Marriott properties in Wuhan.||If this hotel charges over ¥400/night, choose other Marriott hotels instead.||I consider myself extremely patient.
