Terrible service from front desk: not saying all staff but some service lady were extremely arrogant and made me have the feeling that she was doing a great favor to allow me staying here. Sadly that some of you were proper service professionals. But due to some earful team member, you lost your credibility
Unprofessional management even leading to health risks: food menu was not clear about sea food allergy. My child has sea food allergy. I looked closely through the menu but with unclear INFOR. I asked for help from front desk to somehow help clarify with me but of course all I got was an “I don’t know” and “please dine somewhere else cause the kitchen is closed”. However when asking the food bar, they does serve food. After the food was served, I had to ask the waitress in the bar to clarify with the chief. The chief was the only person who can help and the only person who showed a bit of service attitude and professionalism by apologizing that the food contains shrimp and brought me some bread.
Bad experience with lounge: lounge offers like nothing and only operates in a limited time span. You cannot even get in for a sit and view in the afternoon (I forgot the exact time). Definitely too limited compared with other Marriot hotels

Read moreParking space is full on the first day when we arrive, so we had to find parking space in the basement. ||However the basement parking of the hotel is linked to the nearby shopping mall. There is only a very limited parking space for the hotel and then we have to pass through a rubbish area in order for us to get to the hotel elevator.||||During our stay, we requested things, the housekeeper always take a very long time to get our things. We asked for bottles of water, and it came after 3 calls and 1 hour later. ||||Interestingly, the next day when we left the room and came back, the housekeeper supposed to clean & tidy the room properly. It was just a mess. I think the hotel definitely needs to retrain their housekeepers properly as they really do a very bad job in their housekeeping service especially this Le Meridien brand is not a 1 star hotel. Beddings were not even fixed properly. ||||Though I can say their breakfast area is pretty good, and the Head Chef monitors his food quality as we can see that he’s always checking the food & moving around from one station to the other. ||||They need to up their housekeeping department and try to arrange specific parking space just for hotel guests in the common parking area of hotel & the mall. ||||We are P member of the Marriott brand and definetely knows Marriott standard.
