Wuxi Idea Garden Hotel located in Wuxi Huishan New City Software Outsourcing Park is a modern hotel with 240 guest rooms with a lot of provided facilities such as high-grade red wine bar cigar bar SPA club and recreational facilities such as gym swimming pool snooker room table-tennis room chess and cards room beauty and salon room etc.||||Distances are as follows:||6,0 km to Datang Stocking Industry Market Square||39 km to Yiwu Airport (YIW)||6,0 km to Loujia Park||10 km to Jingying Golf Club||15 km to Zhuji||39 km to Yiwu Futian Wetland Park||||I have stayed there in November 2014 for 2 nights due to a business visit.||The check in was uncomplicated and the staff utmost friendly. We could communicate all necessary things in English language. The lobby gives you a very luxury impression.||The rooms a very spacious and the furnitures are in a new condition. My room was very clean and well maintained over all. The washroom is very large and equipped with a bath tub and a shower. The water was hot and the water pressure nicely strong.||Amongst standard facilities you will find following things available such as alarm clock, bathrobe, cable television, coffee/tea maker, air condition, direct dial phone number, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, newspaper.||The bed is kingsize and allows you to have a relaxing sleep also because the surrounding was very quiet.||The breakfast is okay, even it has a strong Chinese touch, but Europeans who are not used to local food still are able to manage and have a sufficient meal.||Check out process was also very pleasant and again everything from the hotel side was done in a kind way. I have felt all the time comfortable in a more than decent environment. Summarized I can say it was a satisfying stay in this hotel.||For the price of 70 USD the hotel can be considered as a good deal at all.||In case I return to Wuxi I would choose this...

I have now stayed at this hotel three times because it is close to our office in Wuxi. I have got to stop doing it.||||The staff speak very little English, which is not their fault but doesn't help the experience. The rooms are ok size-wise and seem clean, but non-smoking rooms still all smell of smoke. If your room gets warm, you have to open the window and get smog air in.||||The restaurant is not great for Westerners - breakfast buffet goes down well with the Chinese visitors, but I don't eat Lo Mein for breakfast often, not fish ball curry or Chicken and Mushroom stew. The roast potatoes, baked beans, and chicken sausage are inevitably cold, and the bread is like cardboard. The boiled eggs are good.||||Dinner doesn't get much better. Room service even more limited. No snack bar or drinks in room. WiFi deathly slow and bandwidth busted after 4pm.||||Not convenient location for downtown (good 20 minutes away), nor for Wuxi airport. I was four times in Wuxi Idea Hotel now, last time in March 2018.||The service is relatively poor, stuff is friendly but with low english language skills.||The rooms are from average standard, cleanliness is ok, but e.g. in my last room the safe did not work. Last room was called "non-smoking" room, but I found an ashtray inside. Rooms are all smelling bad.||There is no SPA. Even so since October the official version is "temporarily under redecoration", stuff told me,there is no SPA. Swimming pool opening times are short and are absolutely not suitable for Business travelers. Also, there are no bathrobes in the rooms.||Only one Restaurant with low variety in meals for breakfast. ||Location is far outside any city centers but near industrial area, after 9pm there is nothing to find around anymore.
