The moment we walked into Gran Melia Xi’an, we felt the warm welcome by all staff. Talia at the front desk helped us to checked in and upgraded us to the executive room! She also provided us the access the executive lounge while we waited for our rooms to be ready. Berry Yang on the executive lounge welcomed us with lovely smile and informed us with list the places to go and eat around here. Then Berry and Leah escorted us with our luggage's and made sure we settle in our luxury and comfortable room.| We want to congratulate the Gran Melia Xi’an management to have such a devoted and caring team as the front faces of the Gran Melia Xi’an, by providing impeccable services and warm welcome to all guests. Through our stay, the team led by Berry on the executive floor always received us with smile and willing to assist us with our requests. I am a frequent traveller for work and personal reasons, and I have to admit this is probably one of the best service I have received so far. I am a firmed believer of people is your asset in any business, having a special team like this one will definitely help Gran Melia Xi’an to consolidate its brand name as well as business growth. I want to sincerely thank them for the great work they have done!!!|Beside comfort and fantastic services, the hotel is located in a lovely district and close to many tourist sites in Xi’an, highly...

I stayed at the Gran Melia with my friend to enjoy our Chinese New Year holiday break. We are both expat teachers in Xi'an and needed a little stay-cation. The Gran Melia was exactly what we needed to renew our energy. The restaurants Duo and Mercado were fantastic and the Spa was incredible. I've read a few reviews complaining about service or timeliness of food and what you have to realize is that Xi'an in general is a little "behind the times" as far as international expectations go. In most Xi'an restaurants your food won't come out at the same time, service is not the same as other western places and people don't go out of their way to help you. At the Gran Melia its completely different. I felt like I was in a totally different place. The staff are friendly and helpful and the service is outstanding. Our food came out at the same time and was cooked perfecting at both restaurants. The beds were so comfortable (Xi'an custom is to sleep on a VERY hard mattress) So this is a bonus and compared to other Chinese hotels its HUGE. We got upgraded to Red level which was fantastic! The breakfast bar was one of the best I've ever had even compared to American hotels. Honestly if you don't like the Gran Melia you probably won't...

Un souvenir doux amer restera donc attaché à cette expérience me rappelant non sans nostalgie mon premier visionnage d'In the...

I wish I can give more than 5 stars. What can I say about this hotel? Of course, like all Gran Melia hotels I stayed in in Asia, wonderful hotel, wonderful staff, amazing services, and excellent place to spend your vacation at. The staff at the reception were amazing, some speak English which was very helpful, the rooms are wonderful, very comfortable bed and beautiful interior like the rest of the hotel. The breakfast was so yummy and it has all the options you need. I would strongly recommend you to stay at this hotel next time you visit Xian.

I had such a pleasant stay at this hotel! It has such a regal feel to it. I stayed at the red level (kind of like the VIP experience) where we had breakfast, snacks, drinks all at our disposal. The hotel staff was amazing. One day I woke up and wanted waffles and asked the front desk and the chef made them just for me. I utilized the hot tubs and saunas too. The hotel has 3 tubs with different temperatures ranging from cool, warm to hot. Theres restaurants and bars within walking distance. I will definitely visit again!

This hotel was the greatest choice which made me satisfy the Xi’an trip. The young receptionist gentleman was super kind and very good at english. The room condition was perfect and neighborhoods are surrounded by full of the tourist attractions include modern bars and restaurants. I sincerely recomment this hotel to everyone who visits Xi’an.
