Jin Jiang West Capital International Hotel — Hotel in Xi'an

Pros : Despite the fact that English was very limitedly used, the staff gave great service. Everyone. From the doormen to the housekeepers, the receptionists, the customer service are wonderful, helpful & polite.

The amenities are good. They function properly. We went during winter (as low as -8°C). Lo and behold, hot water is 24/7 endless supply. There is a shallow bathtub too. Good for soaking away aches & pains.

Although we did not use the swimming pool or gym, there is a free laundry room located on the third floor of the hotel. They provided 3 washing machines, 2 dryers, hangers, iron, ironing board & also steamer.

The location is heaven sent. Turn to the right & walk straight, there is the Xi'an Wall. Along the way, there is a pharmacy which we dropped by twice. There is also a small path selling a myriad of halal foods.

Turn to the left, there is City of God Temple, Muslim Market Street, Muslim Quarters, Drum Tower & Bell Tower. There is also a Metro station Guangjijie exit A1. 1minute walk at the left from the hotel entrance.

My husband & i have already planned to stay here again next winter. Although we will visit Harbin, Lanzhou & Xinjiang too, Jin Jiang West Capital International Hotel will be our base for our China trip.

Cons : No aircon during winter. We stayed there for 10days. The first night, i slept in sweat. Had to open both windows & request for a fan. They happily obliged & we used it to suck in cold air into the room.

Although there are halal foods available surrounding the hotel, how we wished the hotel do serve halal food. There are days when we woke up hungry, but still have to get ready & only get...

Best place, if you travelled to Xian and willing to stroll tge Muslim quarter. This is perfect for you. The alley to the muslim quarter just beside the hotel. This place was near to the mosque on Daxue street. You can find a lot of halal food. The place for sight seeing also walkable, around 10 minutes to go to great mosque, bell tower and drum tower. The breakfast was great. The room was spacious with bathtub.

Forget to mention, you got free self service...

room is quite old and bad aircondition even though we adjust it cool mode with 10 celcius degree , it's still warm. fortunately we visited in Nov , outside temperature is 18, open the windows save us for the night.

breakfast is perfect. there are a lot of line food.
