I recently had the pleasure of staying at this great hotel in Xi'an, and it exceeded all my expectations. Its prime location in the heart of the city is unbeatable—just a short walk to the Drum Tower, Bell Tower, and even the historic City Wall. This makes it incredibly convenient for both sightseeing and immersing yourself in the city’s rich ancient culture.The staff are helpful. Carol at the front desk deserves special recognition for being exceptionally welcoming and attentive. She went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable, leaving a truly great impression.The rooms are immaculately clean and impeccably well-stocked every day. The attention to detail is remarkable; I never had to ask for anything because everything was already thoughtfully provided. It’s evident that the team here prioritizes their guests' comfort and satisfaction. Despite being located on a bustling street, the room is surprisingly quiet and peaceful, ensuring a restful and comfortable stay.Additionally, the in-house travel agent was efficient and helpful, quickly arranging my excursions and saving me a great deal of time and effort. Really great amenities and staff. The hotel concierge, Anna, is really helpful and has great prices and deals for tourist attractions including a traditional Tang show, the Terracotta Warriors, and other popular spots. I paid around 500 RMB round trip for the Terracotta Warriors (not including price of admission and food which you can purchase at the museum). The hotel has a laundry service that is 20 RMB per load per machine (40 RMB to wash and dry one load of laundry all together with detergent included in the price.) The hotel is a short walking distance (about 15 minutes) to the bell tower, the city wall, and other attractions. There is great local food for a cheap price nearby and a nice mall that is 5 minutes away by walking (including a Watson's). There is also a bar street and a cat cafe nearby (10 minute walk). McDonald's, Starbucks, and Dairy Queen are all also very close. Many local restaurants are highly rated and open late. The market is about 15-20 minutes away by walking. Had a wonderful stay here -Everything was perfect. The location especially convenient and walking distance to several attractions. For the Muslim traveller you will find a Muslim Restaurant right across from the hotel which opens about lunch time - and if you want more variety the Muslim district is a 10!mins walk away.The hotel does not serve halal food so you may get bored with eating boiled eggs, salad, fresh fruits and cereals if you are here for several days My suggestion is for you to pack some halal food stuff to add variety: tuna salad, luncheon meat etc. Also convenient is the travel agent in the hotel premises.
