Sheraton Xi'an South — Hotel in Xi'an

This is really suck!I called the hotel to ask for nearest subway station and they transferred me to other person and the other person did not even understand the meaning of “metro line”Room was hot and bearable until I open the window which only has small gap and it took more than 1hour for the room to cool.Upon arrival the attendant, not sure if he is security or bell boy, but he did not help me to unload the luggage or at least say good afternoon.The next day I ask for Razor which the person who pick up the call did not understand what I ask for and just said yes, around 20-minutes later the room attendant came and knocking my door with a DND sign on it, she tried to open the door and lucky I double lock the door when I was at the toilet. She told me that she was told to clean the room which mean the person on the phone did not really understand what...

As an American staying at Sheraton Xi’an South for an extended period and only speaking English, I can confidently say my overall experience was amazing. From housekeeping to laundry services and the daily check-ins, everything was handled with great care and professionalism. Plus, the rooms are very spacious and clean.

A special mention to Tony, our driver to work every day, whose exceptional customer service truly stood out. His dedication, along with the attentiveness of the other staff, made my stay even more memorable.

If I ever return to Xi’an, I would choose this hotel again without hesitation. Highly recommend it to anyone...

Horrible experience, definitely will not stay here again. Room airconditioner temperature is centrally controlled, adjusting the temperature dial in the room makes no difference. Room varied between 75 and 80F, was only 65 outside at night but windows are not allowed to be opened. After many promises to have maintenance check was eventually informed it was hotel policy.
