Nice, clean new rooms, great breakfast but service and employees completely lacking any sense. Had the lights turned off on me while I was on a conference call on the second floor - employee didn’t care after I told him I’d be a few more minutes. Witnessed our table at breakfast getting wiped down with a stinky dirty towel, no cleaner at all. Unfortunately, the other guests at the hotel will smoke indoors - witnessed this twice in the first day of our stay and staff was not helpful. Read moreWe normally stay in the Sheraton, but since we work in Jimei area.. we tried this one. This hotel is a very comfortable, pleasant hotel. It is new, clean and the rooms are really warmly decorated and well equiped. We found ourselves being the only western guests. Therefor there are some languange problems with some staff, but we always get a reply from a member that did speak english. The staff is very friendly. |For breakfast there is a lot of choice. Read moreI had an executive suite with two rooms, a walk-in closet and two bathrooms, including a giant round bathtub and a shower that could accommodate five people (not that I tested this). The super-king bed was extremely comfortable. The lounge had a desk and chair as well as couches and armchairs and a coffee table that was set up for some type of tea ceremony. The breakfast was outstanding with choices beyond the imagination. Staff were polite and very helpful. I'd be very happy to stay there again.
