I had a pleasant and comfortable stay at Hyatt Regency Xiamen Wuyuanwan. The hotel ticks all the right boxes — modern rooms, warm service, and a very convenient location.

The room I stayed in was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with a large bathtub and a comfortable bed. The view of the bay was a nice bonus, and despite being in a busy area, the room was quiet and well soundproofed.

Service from the hotel staff was professional and attentive throughout. Whether it was the front desk, concierge, or housekeeping, everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful, which made the stay all the more enjoyable.

One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet — a good variety of both Western and Chinese dishes, including a noodle station. Everything was fresh and tasty, though I do agree that the price is slightly on the high side if breakfast isn’t included in the room rate.

What I especially appreciated was the hotel’s location right next to 湾悦城, a modern mall with plenty of shops, cafés, and restaurants. It made it very convenient to grab a quick bite, do some shopping, or just take a stroll in the evening without needing to venture far. The area also offers easy access to public transport, including metro and BRT, and is just a short drive from the airport.

The hotel met this demand and also boasted a shopping mall with food, convenience, and a grocery store in case I never wanted to leave. The service is impeccable. All of my requests were met immediately. I had trouble using the TV, and engineering was there within minutes. I needed ice, and the request was met within minutes as well. The main highlight for me is the amazing gym and spa facilities. There is a large pool, outdoor hot tub, indoor sauna, steam room, hot tubs, and relaxing outdoor grounds. I fell in love with it all. I was also pleased with the Regency Club service, as every staff member ensured a memorable visit. The rooms are luxurious—plush beds, amazing views, large bathtubs, and excellent shower pressure. I love this hotel and highly recommend it. This is the kind of place where you truly feel taken care of. I will definitely be staying here again the next time...
