Zhangzhou Hotel — Hotel in Zhangzhou City

I recently stayed in China for our Christmas Vacation. My expectations for the hotel are quite high since it was stated that the Hotel has a four star rating. I was disappointed to experience the horrible beds that I've slept in since it is the same as sleeping on the floor. Few people can speak English as well that is why communication is a bit problem. There is no WIFI access and the complimentary breakfast is horrible. The good thing about the hotel is its location and how near it is to the shopping areas which are actually quite cheap. Housekeeping is very good as well since I always manage to see my room as clean a possible especially the bathroom.||||It's not necessarily bad, but you will indeed say to yourself that you could find somewhere else that...

We stayed here for one night on our way to Nanjing County. It's in the old part of Zhangzhou and within walking distance of shopping areas, parks, the river and restaurants. You can get here very easily on a direct bus from Zhangzhou Railway Station (number 11). We had a large room with a huge bed and a big bathroom. We received fruit and snacks in the evening. The staff are friendly and were helpful even though language was a bit limiting. The breakfast is geared towards Asians but Westerners won't be hungry. There is plenty to choose from. We didn't have time to explore the facilities of the hotel beyond our room but there is an outdoor pool and the hotel has nice grounds. We would stay here again. Zhangzhou seems...

It was a short holiday to meet friends and families. My friend recommended this hotel for me and it was surprisingly good.
