Crowne Plaza Zhengzhou High Tech Zone — Hotel in Zhengzhou

Wasn’t expecting much but upon arrival i was amazed by the services staffs provided. Every step from putting my feet on the ground to checking in. Everyone makes such an effort to make my stay pleasant. Front desk staffs are excellent. The manager ( gentleman looks like someone in charge) offered his very natural and warm welcome. Also the lady called Meng was also helpful from the service Centre. Extraordinary service. No wonder why there were so many foreign guests in the hotel. Only if they can be more generous on room upgrades would be even more outstanding. But consider the service and everything. There’s really nothing more...

I had a very pleasant stay at the Crowne Plaza Zhengzhou High-tech Zone. The hotel offers top-notch facilities, with spacious and comfortable rooms that made my stay very enjoyable. The dining experience was excellent, and the service at the lounge was outstanding. The gym had great equipment, and the swimming pool was also fantastic. The rooms are really handsome. One issue - the air conditioning is set at one temperature for the ENTIRE hotel - that is why I have facilities low. Check-in at 10pm, my room was 28 degrees and there was no way I was staying there - the young door man, I believe it was LEO, saved the day, offering me a room on the colder side of the hotel, at 22 degrees.
