G Charlton Noble International Hotel — Hotel in Zhengzhou

I was in this hotel because we organized a seminar using some services like meeting room, Restaurant and swimming pool.||I can say that the meeting room service was precise and very professional, what is needed in these occasions; about restaurant, the same, cleaning, good standard food and excellent service. The swimming pool service need to be review, not soo clean the bathroom and the showers (the cleaning gentleman was there but without taking care) without soap; to swim I needed to buy a towel because not available as also wasen't available slippers (in a 5 star hotel these services need to be released).||By the way, my it was a good experience...

The rooms itself are quite spacey, but we asked for a non-smokers room and got a smokers room. After asking to have another room, we again got a smokers room with several ashtrays in the bedroom and bathroom. ||The shower even had some ash at the bottom. The smell of smoke is very distinct and cannot be overlooked.||A lot of hotel guests even smoke in the corridors and the lift (the leftovers of cigarettes lay around everywhere).||The breakfast buffet is very accustomed to...
