Dear IHG,
I had a terrible experience in the Holiday Inn : Zhengzhou Riverside. The issue was because the lady in the reception. I can't remember her name now. During Checking-in, she was impatience about my booking reference. After that, when I asked her about payment with international credit card, she was even bad in attitude. The whole process of check-in was the worst i had with all my IHG hotels globally. That day, my whole was destroyed. And I can't fall in sleep in the evening.
I received a call from the hotel to ask the situation, but I was in the meeting at that time. I asked the hotel to call me back. BUT, up to now, I do not receive any calls.
