This was my first visit at Hampton Zhongshan. I have no idea why the previous review is talking of Zhuhai(?). |Reception was ok and I got my room card pretty quickly. ||Room was pretty ok for short stay. Also room condition was good. Nothing special really here. Bed and pillows were good and at such I expected to sleep well. Aircon made some noise. Overall Hampton is what you would expect from a typical 3 star hotel.||I must mention one negative matter - Hexiehao (fast train) made me wake up several times during the night. Location otherwise is ok near shopping mall. Just the food quality in this mall...

By the morning, both my wife and I were short of breath. The clerk offers no solution to the problem. We had to check-out and checked-in to a different hotel. Within an hour, our shortness of breath were gone. ||Also, we were not given HiltonHonor points for the over-night stay because we were "not booked through the Hilton website." This was the first time we encountered...
Read moreThis was my first time staying at this hotel, and I must say it is definitely very good, both in terms of location relative to Zhongshan and its overall quality. The rooms, which are fairly new, as well as the breakfast, are of good quality. Specifically, the breakfast offers a variety of options, and honestly, it's comparable to hotels in the area, even those of a higher category. I will definitely return, and it could become my go-to base for business trips...
