MINGZUO HOTEL — Hotel in Zhongshan

I go to this hotel nearly on a routine basis cos I have friends living in Sanxian. Usually on checking-in, the receptionists would just do the job as usual. As of this time, the receptionist, Ms LI Gialin, handled my case exceptionally swift with hospitality. Apart from the facilities of the room that I have booked, she further asked what other services or facilities that may further enhence the exerience of my stay. A very good staff!Nonetheless, there is one thing I would like the hotel to look into. For every occassion of my stay, I will leave the 'Don't Disturb" and 'Red Light' on until 12.00 hours as my friend would come to pick me up at that time. Those two things will be removed upon my leaving of the room around twelve o'clock noon. However, for the last two occassions when I returned 4 to 5 hours later, the room was not being tidied up that I have to call up the frontdesk for the cleaning service. I have been to this hotel for many times on an average of thrice per month. On room and cleaningness, there has nothing to say! It also has free parking both outdoor and underground. However, I have two points to raise hoping that there would be improvement. I did leave a few words on the hotel webpage but there has no response!The first thing is that since my staying at the hotel, I will also book the breakfast. The menu has not changed since then and we face the same food for nearly two years! Since the replacement of the coffee machines, queue is formed awaiting for the coffee to come out because the speed is too slow as well as the volume is too little. Therefore, we have to press for a few times to have one cup of coffee. That's why the queue is formed.The second thing is the inhouse WIFI. I would say it was normal from time to time. Nonetheless, in recent month, I found the wifi is lagging and sometime, it has full signal but with no internet access!
