The hotel is directly connected to the Chuangxinfang shopping mall, which has a free shuttle bus service from Zhuhai Railway Station. You can look at the shuttle bus timings from the "创新方穿梭巴士" program on Wechat (search for the program). The rooms were relatively clean and comfortable, and service was alright. However, I didn't really like that it was compulsory to wear a swimming cap to access the hotel swimming pool. This rule was not really stated on the hotel website, so we didn't bring swim caps, and the staff charged us 40RMB per person, which was expensive. Usually, such swimming pool facilities for 5-star hotels would be free of charge for visitors, and while I understand that they have such a rule for hygiene purposes perhaps, there should have been a reminder upfront to let visitors know. The indoor swimming pool was also a let-down. It was really small, and the outdoor pools weren't accessible due to the wet weather. The swimming part and the lack of other things to do in the area during wet weather kind of dampened the mood. The shopping mall next door is mostly empty and the hotel isn't exactly very near the other Zhuhai attractions. The hotel also has free shuttle buses to the Chimelong resort area (Chimelong Ocean Park and Hotels). Overall, the stay was passable. I would have expected a little more from a 5-star Hyatt hotel though.

Solid new Hyatt Regency befitting its brand. Our room was spacious and tastefully decorated. We had lunch at its Chinese restaurant and breakfast at its Market Cafe, both were very satisfying. Staff overall was efficient but impersonal, and there was no acknowledgement of Hyatt membership at check-in. Its biggest downside was its location, in the middle of nowhere. It is linked to a mall, but the mall was almost deserted on a weekday day. Its restaurants and shops were rather on the budget end. The mall's main attraction was an extensive adventure playground for children/teenagers.

This is the best international hotel on HengQin Island adjacent Macau and ZhuHai. Easy access to Chimelong Ocean Kingdom via shuttle bus. At the property is NovoTown with Lionsgate Entertainment, National Geographic Indoor Park for kids and Kung Fu Night adventure as night time activity. Very nice indoor and outdoor swimming pools and great for families and for MICE business.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, I had a positive experience. The location of the hotel is quite convenient, and it's linked to a shopping mall which, although not fully opened yet, still has a few restaurants and a gaming area that guests can visit.

One area where the hotel could improve, however, is in terms of hygiene. While my room was generally clean, I did notice a few areas that could have been improved upon. That being said, I did appreciate the efforts of the staff to keep everything as clean as possible.

Speaking of the staff, I found them to be very helpful and accommodating. They were always willing to answer my questions and provide recommendations for things to see and do in the area.

Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient location with easy access to a variety of amenities. While there is certainly room for improvement in terms of hygiene, the helpful staff and great location make up for any minor...
