Hyatt Place Zhuhai Jinshi — Hotel in Zhuhai

My hub and I had a very memorable and pleasant stay at Hyatt Place Zhuhai Jinshi. Honestly, I didn’t have much expectation before arrival but our experience over the past months convinced us that we had picked the right place. With the warmth and kindness I encounter at the property, I too have made a good impression of the city and its people. Compared to other higher category Hyatt/SLH properties plus competitors’ portfolios which I have stayed in the past, Hyatt Place Zhuhai Jinshi has topped the list.||||Thanks to the team, in particular, Ms Ivy Huang and Mr George Guo. Ms Huang and Mr Guo made great efforts in ensuring every moment of our lengthy stay a delight. I am very impressed with Ms Huang’s excellent customer service skills and professional delivery. To me, she is an icon of the hotel. I am extremely touched by her thoughtfulness when she personally got the few bottled water in her two hands to be put in the car for our excursion during a busy moment of the hotel. For Mr Guo, he is forthcoming, and he delighted me with his warm and pleasant smile each time we stepped into the hotel. We appreciate very much Mr Guo’s help in every way. He is very attentive to guests and always ready to offer assistance to them. His flexibility in playing various roles and handling different tasks impressed me most.||||Both Ms Huang and Mr Guo demonstrate positive attitude which is a valuable asset in every environment. They are simply amazing and exceptional. The brand should be very proud of having Ms Huang and Mr Guo as team members. They are good role models for other team members to follow. The entire team including the junior members (Leo, Gracie, Rachel, Weilin …) has transformed the property to become my preferred choice in Zhuhai. Hyatt hotel at Zhuhai Jinshi is a very comfortable place to stay in surrounded by a marvellous team from kitchen to front line and head office. We already stayed here for 12 days and will continue to stay. Their breakfast buffet is with wide spread, showed local foods and some western pastries plus toast, coffee, tea, yoghurt, fresh fruits, salads, etc. They were so much to select and everyday we can have different foods. Chefs were very accommodate to serve food to our preferences. Coffee is superb that I'm addicted. During breakfast, we can see the managers, GM also helped out the team. Wonderful teamwork. Room is good with river view, the housekeeping is efficient and so many channels on the TV. Front desk is very patient to help us with booking of taxi and finding routes. The robot is the cutest that always helped us with the delivery of our online purchases and whatever stuffs we need. I've invited my family members and colleagues to stay here and will continue to tell the world about this hotel. Thank you Hyatt Zhuhai team! You're wonderful. I gave a 2 star rating mainly and only for the hotel itself. Staff wise, they would deserve a 4-5 star.||Room:|NO VENTILATION. There is ZERO air vents in the room. After a shower, if you close the door and open it 10 minutes later, it will have a foul smell. The toilet door cannot be kept closed as there will be a smell upon return. The corridors of the hotel rooms and all the hotel rooms have zero ventilation and there is no window to open to. So, it gets pretty stuffy and the air is very, very stale. Unfortunately, i was unwell during my 3rd day of stay and that made it worse. I was there for more than a week.||Room size is ok in general though my corner room was much bigger. Some toiletries etc were provided and it was also clean.||Staff:|Certain Staff spoke some English at check in and were in general friendly and helpful. ||Location:|Depends on where you wish to be, this hotel does not have eateries/grocery store nearby. There is a shopping mall which will take about 20minutes walk or a didi to reach. Not the most convenient in terms of location.||Breakfast:|Quite a good oriental spread. Choices of breads was close to 1-2.||Guess the room without ventilation was an extremely bad experience for me especially when i stayed more than a week.
