Star City Hotel — Hotel in Zhuhai

The rooms have ample space to relax. They do provide with free internet which is fast, secure and effective||||All rooms have small refrigerator where you can cool your stuff, they serve apples everyday to keep you healthy||||The breakfast is just king size with almost every variety like the sausage, eggs, dry fruits, fruits, juices, milk, yoghurt and even all Chinese stuff under same roof||||The hotel has a small gymnasium where you can workout and keep your body fit to enjoy the breakfast :)||||It is located very near to Indian Kitchen so not a problem if you don't like Chinese dinner being served to you||||You can definitely try out a buffet dinner as it is one of those things which Zhuhai people love and almost everyday the restaurant is full||||Overall it is a nice experience to stay here||||Oh! Spent 9 nights at Star City on a business trip and while I was chauffeured around during the day many evenings were my own. So while there are a number of restaurant recommendations on Trip Advisor you need some help to find them and the staff were great. Simply choose your venue for the evening and show the Trip Advisor review to the front desk. They write the address in Chinese on the back of a Star City card, show this to the taxi driver and somewhere between £1 and £2 later you are at the London Lounge, Conneeleys or wherever. Perfect. Meanwhile breakfast is extensive with all tastes catered and good quality. Rooms are nice, modern, TV with BBC World and well stocked bathroom goodies, complimentary bottled water (don't drink from the tap) and mini bar. Note cold water tap on shower turns clockwise to turn on! I will be at Star City again in September and know that I will enjoy...

The location of the Hotel is quite convenient. I had some business to do nearby and booked this hotel out of convenience.||||The hotel was apparently recently redecorated, and superficially everything looked quite good and new(ish).||||The room had a kettle and some free instant coffee, which to be honest tasted quite awful!||||The Room was of a good size, and bathroom too was comfortable, but shower was barely OK as the shower head was not working very well.||||It was in the mid-teens (°C) outside during my stay, but the room was really quite hot despite my attempts to turn the temp down, as well as switching to 'cool' in the air conditioner. I ended up sleeping with the window open and not wearing my PJs as the blanket was quite thick as well.||||Overall, an OK stay...
