Hilton Zhuzhou — Hotel in Zhuzhou

Stayed in two rooms during my two-night stay. Both rooms had dirty carpets. You could find finger/toe nails, seed shells, etc. on the carpet.||||2. #3111 room has a bad lock. When using the room key (card), it would flash as yellow light and the lock would click inside without the door opening. It would take 3-4 tries before I could open the door. Spoke with the front desk about this issue but the problem still exists later.||||3. I paid at the rate of executive type room on first night and changed to a normal type room on second night. These two types of rooms are exact the same, except that the executive room has a better view of the river (not beautiful at all, to be frank). I stayed at 23rd floor, far from the executive floor on 38th floor. The price I paid on first night almost doubled that on second night. I did check with the front desk and was told the executive rate includes access to executive floor which I did not use at all.||||4. Had to answer twice the phone while in shower, and it turned out the front desk called...

|Even though our stay in Changsha was brief it was from start to finish immaculate thanks to the team at Zhuzhou Hilton. We arrived late on and despite only having 20 mins to take in happy hour at the lounge the concierge team whisked us to our room and got us to the lounge for a good buffet meal and a couple of quick drinks. The room was outstanding and the hotel was so elegant I still wish we had been able to stay longer. Special mention to the driver who picked us up at Changsha airport after a long day climbing Tiananmen Mountain in Zhangjiajie. Driver was really courteous and full of information as we drove to Zhuzhou. This Hilton is a credit to the brand and I would absolutely come...
