Zhuzhou Marriott Hotel — Hotel in Zhuzhou

For me, this is a very nice hotel. The service in general was excellent everything was clean, the room was impressive with a beautiful view, the bed was very comfortable, and the amenities were complete. I also appreciated the fitness facilities.

The only downside during my stay was the spa experience. I personally felt that the service at the spa did not meet my expectations. The staff didn’t seem very professional, and perhaps I had the wrong impression or expected more in terms of relaxation and massage quality. Unfortunately, the experience left me feeling disappointed rather than relaxed.

There also appeared to be some hesitation among the staff when it came to providing the service, which made the overall atmosphere feel less welcoming. I’m not sure if I misunderstood the service offerings as a foreign guest, but I believe that when guests pay for a dedicated service, a certain level of care and attention should...

I stayed at the ZhuZhou Marriott for 2 weeks and believe it is a great hotel for accommodations in Zhuzhou. The staff is friendly, conversant in English, the rooms are a good size, the bed and pillows comfortable. Their restaurant serves an international breakfast and the omelettes are quite good. The only downside was that I thought the laundry service is a bit expensive but all garments came back clean and good shape. I have been stayed at Zhuzhou Marriot hotel for many times since 2016. The best incredible thing is that they can provide high-standard service for the platinum elite member every time. I should say the executive lounge is a very cozy place for elite members to enjoy. Even though the lounge is closed these days, they can still give the members benefit .
