Unfortunately, our experience with this hotel was extremely disappointing. We arrived on a Sunday night and found no staff present to help us check in. The security guard tried multiple times to get support and even showed us a QR code linked to a company called Ahead. Nuestra experiencia en el Hotel Epic Suites Pereira fue sumamente decepcionante desde el primer momento. Realizamos nuestra reserva a través de Booking y, al llegar para el check-in, nos indicaron que debíamos hacer un registro online mediante un enlace enviado por WhatsApp. Este sistema resultó ser un verdadero dolor de cabeza. Al intentar registrarnos, solo nos respondió un 'bot' automático que repetía una y otra vez que 'pronto nos contactarían', algo que nunca sucedió. Fue imposible completar el proceso. Lo más frustrante fue la actitud del personal de recepción. Al ver que no podíamos avanzar con el registro digital, le pedimos ayuda al recepcionista, y le preguntamos si tenía disponibilidad. Su respuesta nos dejó perplejos: 'no sé' si hay disponibilidad. Es inaceptable que una persona en un puesto clave como recepción no tenga conocimiento básico sobre la capacidad del hotel o el estado de las habitaciones. Esto demuestra una clara falta de capacitación y profesionalismo.
