You will find very independet rooms, some with a private pool. The finca is very big with an amazing garden.
The team were also amazing, they helped us with every question or problem. The breakfast was good, just ask for more if you are hungry :)
The only thing I would improve a bit, is the communication on arrival. We arrived pretty late, although the security walked us to the room, we did not know what time breakfast was or where to find it (its a huuuge finca).
In the morning they sent us the breakfast infos, but we also couldnt find any infos to Wi-Fi, so no way to read their messages.
You will easily get to the city with a local bus, just 5min walking distance. On the corner, you will find the bus stop, the company is called "Alcala" and the ride costs no more than 3.000 COP. Its very secure for tourists, as the police station is in the area. Just ask for recommendations, which areas to visit in Pereira, as not everywhere is secure.
Oh, and don't worry, warm water comes after 3minutes waiting time ;)

Tuvimos una experiencia bastante decepcionante en este hotel. Antes de llegar, nos aseguraron que el restaurante estaría abierto toda la semana, pero cuando llegamos, estaba cerrado. Lo peor es que el hotel está en una zona remota y sin muchas opciones para comer cerca. No nos ofrecieron carta y los precios parecían inventados.
Para colmo, el jacuzzi no funcionaba, y nos dieron dos habitaciones completamente diferentes cuando habíamos reservado dos iguales. Intentamos explicar los problemas con el jacuzzi, incluso después de que el empleado de mantenimiento lo confirmara, pero la señora en recepción insistía de manera muy grosera en que todo estaba bien, lo cual no era cierto.
