I recently stayed at Hotel Spa La Colina in the Eje Cafetero region of Colombia, and it was a truly exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the stunning surroundings and the cozy and typical design of the hotel. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay, including a private “Villa” with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and forests, amazing infinity pool, and fire pit in a totally private experience.
The on-site spa was a highlight of my stay, offering a range of treatments and services designed to help guests relax and rejuvenate. The therapists were knowledgeable and professional, and the facilities were top-notch.
The hotel also offers a range of dining options, from fine dining to casual outdoor dining, some tables are completely immersed in nature, making it an unforgettable experience and I was impressed by the quality of the cuisine and the service provided by the staff.
Problably most important highlight is the stuff, they are completely friendly, they were helpful all the time.
Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Spa La Colina for anyone looking for a relaxed and unforgettable vacation experience in the Eje Cafetero region of Colombia. The combination of beautiful accommodations, exceptional service, and top-notch amenities make it the perfect choice for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of...

Read moreThe hotel is located in a beautiful hill so you have an amazing view all the time. The massage was great. I personally recommend Leidy because she can do deep tissue and get rid of your knots! She’s excellent!! and it’s a plus that they pick you up from the airport and drop you off. Also I liked that they offer tours in Spanish and English (however I’d have preferred it if the driver had given us more info about history, nature and culture of the area during the tour to Salento).
Unfortunately I’m not giving 5 stars bc the bathroom toilet in our room had some problems and the restaurant service took so long. If you asked to be ready at some time probably they’d have it 30min after although the food is really good!
I would have also liked if they have some areas or windows with mosquito screens for some of us that get bitten so easily. (Wear mosquito repellent always if you are one of us).
Also, I was really looking forward to do the hiking in the hotel to their private hill with Miel (the guide tour dog) since there were so many reviews but she wasn’t there :( and they didn’t look for her to go with us.
In general is one of the best hotel in the area and could improve some things to make it...
