Villa Juana — Hotel in AMCO, Area Metropolitana Centro Occidente

I want to start off saying this place is nice, nothing special. What made my experience bad no bad is short to what we experienced it was horrible. It started off great we arrived we had rented the finca for 2 full days and on the second day another party arrived and took over the party venue and started setting up for there party, so we kindly told the owner that we are still using that area and she said that we didn't pay to have a party, which I guess is right but we did pay for the full finca every single piece of it that means I'm entitled to everything not a portion of it EVERYTHING we paid full price both days not half off the second day FULL price, instead of talking things over since we are all adults she started to implie that we were incompetent and we need to learn how to read a contract and highlighted certain pharses, like a 10 year little girl throwing a rant. All we wanted was some sign of respect maybe leave the party supply off to the side or something we felt like we were getting kicked out. So then the owner shows up and we were expecting some type of apology or some recognition but no this lady was by far the most disgusting person I've ever met rude no remorse for anything, instead of approaching us she avoided any type of contact. Point is you're better of staying some were else thats nicer and pay a little bit more at this point I'd rather stay in the street then have to stay in that horrible place, someone needs to learn how to run a business and learn some manner talking from experience with my own company the customer is always right. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY NOT...

Can't recommend this hotel to anyone. Rooms had no a/c and the temperature was very hot. Definitely not the cool night that was promised by the staff. We had to open the windows and doors to the balcony to cool off, but because there was a party one finca over, we couldn't sleep a wink.

The staff wasn't very friendly either. We were meeting my in-laws there and they threatened to charge them day stays because they waited for us for 10 minutes in the lobby. The restaurant closed at 8pm and they didn't let us bring any outside food or rappi. They had us wait at the counter during checkout while they "inspected our room" and wouldn't let us go.

The beds were basically a fitted sheet, a throw blanket and a pillow, which we couldn't even use because it was so...

The service was extremely disappointing. At the moment of arriving, the hotel was completely empty and personnel seemed to have been sleeping or something.

Hotel facilities basic, beach chairs without any cushions, no food services after 6pm. They didn’t have any basic materials to prepare basic items nor was there any willingness to solve it.

Check-in only opened at 3pm even though the room was available. (Policy issues)

The hotel seems to be more a place for parties, or a motel just to sleep in a basic cheap room. Pool not extremely clean, no pumps were on during the stay to circulate the water.

Don’t expect anything more than a plain room, you’d probably be better off to spend a bit more for some...
