This is nice resort style hotel suitable for Colombian nationals however the international traveler will find it a little ridiculous. There are extremely limited hours and rules for use of the facilities making some of them, like the gym for example, utterly unavailable. A Jacuzzi is listed in the amenities however none was actually available. Essentially this hotel has a pool and Turkish bath as amenities and not much more. He promised hot water - not available. There was no WiFi, nor was there a working TV, let alone Netflix.

As usual in Europe, there was a minibar with a price list - however, it was not pointed out that, for example, the shampoo in the bathroom and other utensils there cost money.

In the end, a member of staff came and checked exactly what had been used. I have never experienced Hotel in the world.

NO recommendation.

Keep your hands off it. The rooms are as they were 20 years ago.

Como es habitual en Europa, había un minibar con una lista de precios - sin embargo, no se señaló que, por ejemplo, el champú en el baño y otros utensilios allí cuestan dinero.

lo bueno; Hotel muy bonito, excelente limpieza, muy buena ubicación, alimentación rica, ascensor, el personal atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. La habitación amplia, con aire acondicionado y ventilador. Lo malo: la primera noche que llegamos sentimo algo incomoda la cama pensamos que era por el forro del colchón, se moa dio por mirar y tenían el colchón al revés (lo de arriba hacia abajo), está bien que quieran cuidarlo pero esa no es la manera. La puerta de eria tener una cortina o Blacky Out ya que el sensor del pasillo se activa e ingresa mucha luz, los costos de las cosas del mini bar muy altos, el segundo día ya no dejaron azúcar ni café para...
