We stayed two nights in one of the standard rooms (not cabanas). The room seemed new. Very comfortable. Jacuzzi on the balcony. Large bathroom and shower. One detail I appreciated is there are lots of drinks and snacks for purchase, and they’re not marked up in price to gauge the guests. |They provide free rides to take you into San Rafael which is awesome. It’s like 25,000 COP for a moto raton to bring you back. |The food was excellent. Decent variety on the menu. Breakfast dishes were fabulous. Loved their pasta options. |They have a daily tour at 10am to visit a waterfall and then walk up the river to a small charco where we did an exfoliating treatment with chocolate which was fun. |Also, the actual charcos and river is very very calm. There are strong currents like around other pueblos. Suitable for children. |Another thing, check out is 1pm. I think this is so you can comfortably go on the 10am tour. You can also enjoy the property and amenities throughout the following day of your stay. Just a very practical, considerate approach to ensuring their customers get the most out of their experience. ||I’ll remember this place for restoring faith in providing good customer service and prioritizing their customers’ experience. I highly recommend and I hope to be...

We knew this place was going to be beautiful, but it ended up exceeding our expectations. My husband and I had an incredible time. The location was gorgeous, the surrounding waterfalls had us running to them each day, letting the cold water drench us. The staff were beyond friendly, welcoming, and oh so genuine. Special shout out to Sébastien, who was absolutely lovely, informative, and showed he cared so much about nature and the experience we had surrounded by it. The accommodations were far more luxurious than expected, they even had a portable AC unit in them. The food was great, and swimming in the river was such an experience. Each night, we were serenaded by crazy thunder and lightning storms which made the entire cabin shake! Some may not like this, but we thought it was the coolest and coziest thing ever, making us cuddle up closer and enjoy natures show. Just amazing. This place is relatively new. They were building a spa and more cabins while we were there. I can only imagine what it will become someday, but we were glad to see it as is, and look forward...

The place is amazing! We loved the connection with nature, but the service wasn't good enough. I just stayed for a night celebrating my girlfriend's birthday. I really wanted to spend a good time with her It was incredible that almost at night (It was like 6:00 pm) a guy from the staff called me to move my car because there was a truck deliverying materials. We should also say that we had to stop our moment to go very up to the carpark to move the car. Also in the morning, we had room service for breakfast, after that we were interrupted again from the same guy. He was asking me to let him come in to take a photo from the reference of the toilet. I thought "Is this real?" I just told him that if it was possible to do it later when we check out beacuse it wasn't the time for it, but he insisted.

To conclude, the place as I said was amazing, however the hotel must pay attention to service details as...

Precio . Muchas gracias chicos . Todos nos fuimos felices.

The Eco hotel is amazing, clean, the staff was always paying attention to the details and how to makes you feel like unique. Have different types of food with great mix of flavours (everything we ate was delicious). The cabins are really great (we were allocated in the Cabin 1 and everything was really clean and organized). I would recommend this site to disconnect from the city (they have a good internet connection in case you need it), because is surrounded by great places with so much water like waterfalls and river. Excellent experience.
