Hotel Caucasia — Hotel in Antioquia

You know that your back in Antioquia, even though the people folk of Cacasia are more linked to costenos in their culture and personality, when you get a great greeting and welcome by the reception desk upon arrival and Jose did just that and he spoke some decent English to boot. ||||I actually spent about 20 minutes talking to Jose and he offered great tips of the area and best of all a great fish restaurant which was delicious.||||So from the start I am thrilled to report that the service mat is out and awaiting your arrival.||||Although I have driven through Caucasia a number of times this is the first overnight stop I have made here. After spending 3 days in Capurgana then picking up my car in Necocli I decided to take this route on my return back to my home in Medellin and glad to find this hotel.||||The hotel and the rooms are admitidly a bit dated however everything in the room worked including the cable TV, the WiFi internet in the room was strong and the air conditioner made for a splendid refreshing night sleep. There was a mini fridge in the room and things like water were at a reasonable cost (dos mil) and lastly the bed was not so hard as is the case of most beds that you find in Colombia.||||The breakfast in the morning was included (value of 8 mil per person) and although it was nothing special but any perceived lack of quantity or quality was made up by the friendly waitress Cecilia, service with a smile so again welcome to Antioquia!||||All in all I think I received good value for the money as my total bill was 108.000 COP. I recommend and will stay again when in this neck of Colombia again in the future.||||Other benefits, for those like me who travel by car, is they have a secure and FREE garage parking. The only drawback of the hotel if any, but it needs a mentioning, is that there is no hot water in the showers and another, a pet peeve of mine here in Colombia, and for the life of me I still have not heard a reasonable explanation, is why are there never any shower heads, they are always missing, I think this topic could have been a good episode on Jerry Seinfeld show.||||My only reason for a 4 star rating was the rooms were a bit dated BUT note my 5 star for GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE I...

Tuve una estadía agradable en el Hotel Caucasia, ubicado en pleno centro de la ciudad, lo que facilita el acceso y la movilidad desde y hacia el lugar. La ubicación es estratégica para quienes necesitan estar cerca de la zona urbana.

La habitación es amplia, cómoda y confortable, ideal para descansar. Sin embargo, se sugiere mejorar el aseo profundo, especialmente en áreas como los ventiladores y el baño, para mantener estándares de limpieza más altos.

🚿 Baño

Aunque funcional, el estado de la cabina de la ducha y la limpieza general del baño podrían mejorarse. Reforzar estos aspectos contribuiría significativamente a una experiencia más satisfactoria.

🍽️ Desayuno

El hotel incluye desayuno, que aunque es sencillo, cumple su función y está bien preparado.

🧑‍💼 Atención al cliente

Uno de los puntos más destacables es la amabilidad del personal, siempre dispuestos a ayudar y con una buena capacidad de gestión de solicitudes. Esto genera una sensación de bienvenida y atención constante.

🏢 Instalaciones

Cuenta con zonas comunes funcionales y en buen estado, lo que complementa la experiencia general del hotel.

📍 Ubicación

La ubicación céntrica y de fácil acceso es una ventaja importante, especialmente para quienes visitan la ciudad por motivos laborales o logísticos.

💰 Relación calidad/precio

La tarifa que pagué me pareció acorde con el servicio recibido. Considero que hay un buen equilibrio entre el precio y la experiencia ofrecida.

✅ Conclusión

Recomendaría el Hotel Caucasia a otros viajeros y no tendría inconveniente en regresar. Solo recomendaría mejorar ciertos detalles de limpieza y mantenimiento en el baño para elevar aún más la calidad...
