Hotel Villa Colonia — Hotel in Antioquia

This hotel sits along the autopista in Marinilla. It was an excellent location for us--close to our friends' home and to the autopsista, where we could catch buses to Guarne, Guatape and Medellin. The restaurant next door offers delicious, traditional foods. Staff at the restaurant and hotel were extremely friendly, conscientious and flexible. Hotel is spacious and clean; lobby has some nice artwork and beautiful plants. Staff is very attentive. This hotel is out of the city and you can enjoy a good, quiet night's sleep. I got lost trying to follow my GPS on this highway.Slowed down to check two hotels located close together. This looked much nicer, stopped and hotel had room across from front desk.
