Portanova Suites PH — Hotel in Antioquia

The check-in process was a little awkward. The lady at front desk was asking me she doesn't see my immigration seal at my passport (I didnt know hotels work with immigration info 🙃) and the other thing was, for check-in is another lady coming with you to the apartment and she start to make an inventory by herself of the all stuff inside the apartment. I asked her for me to check the list because I didnt mean to untrust her but is suppose to we be agree what is in the list, right? (She didnt like it by the way) But can you imagine arriving to an hotel and they start to count all stuff 😱😱. And the last thing is when we finally get ready to sleep we found the sheets and pillowcases was completely dirty. The good thing it is was clean and unused sheets on the closet. So we changed. Not at all what I expected. Apartment has old furniture that needs to be replaced asap. No AC and soon as you open a window, bugs would storm in. It however very quite…nothing to do in walking distance and no restaurant on premises…you need delivery...
