Beware. This hotel is a SCAM!!! We had an incredibly terrible experience at this hotel. I booked a non-refundable rate on Expedia after having called the hotel and being told they do have availability. My group included 2 small children and elderly grandparents. At arrival, we were told that they had NO rooms available…EXCEPT they could make something work if we paid them more money on-site. I even tried to negotiate paying them something extra but they were asking for almost double what we had already paid. In addition, they claimed not even being aware of the platform we had used and it took almost an hour to get them to finally accept the Expedia refund I was requesting (since I had bought a non-refundable rate).
