This is the place for anyone that loves good food, comfy accomadations, lovely gardens and to be surrounded by art. |We stayed here with a large group of family members, including a young toddler. The owners and staff are so friendly and accomadating. You can also just come for a meal but I would make a reservation. The food is world class with all fresh ingredients and made to order meals. It is a place to enjoy a long, peaceful meal, nothing frozen or prepared ahead of time. Order the yummy cocktails and appetizers to make your time more enjoyable. The passionfruit, watermelon gin and tonic was the best cocktail I ever had. We also loved our meals and the desserts, everyone in our large group thrilled with their choice, all saying theirs was quite yummy. We found the prices to be extremely reasonable for the high quality service, ingredients and deliciousness. |The rooms are all differen and quite unique, filled with original art and also windows that have views of their natural gardens. The oversized, king beds are so comfortable, we had our best night's sleep here. The pitter patter of rain drops on the opaque bathroom roof lulled us to sleep. I also enjoyed the natural lighting of the modern bathroom which is supplied with local products. The price is very good for the quality you reciever here, with the friendly staff and beautiful atmosphere. |The hotel is high above the city which allows for some beautiful views as you go up. It was quiet and peaceful. There is free parking within the walled and gated hotel compound. The owner speaks English so it was easy to communicate with him about the booking and also the meals. The staff was so friendly, paying sweet attention to the toddler who loved it. |Our whole group expressed delight with this hotel and restaurant. Our breakfast was again delicous, with fresh fruits and yoghurt and meals made to order. Also, of course, was the delicious Columbian coffee we've truly enjoyed and are now addicted to. Yum! We all thought this place would make a great site for a destination wedding or family gathering. |And to top it all off fresh roses abound, with vases in every room and all over the hotel. Its sensory delight to be here. We will definitely be back. This is indeed a...

This one of a kind place was phenomenal in it's rustic, cozy and artistic vibes. It is a nice hidden oasis in northern Bogota. The patio and dining area was spacious, welcoming with excellent attention to detail. I really enjoyed coming to my table for breakfast already set for me with granola, fruit, coconut shavings, raw sugar, fresh squeezed juice and warm yogurt. Then I would be surprised with an amazing main breakfast meal that is different each day. My room came with a massive bed that was very comfortable to sleep on as it was firm and great for my sensitive back. I loved the bathroom and large standing shower area with all the stone work. A nice rustic vibe with art throughout my room to gaze upon. It was nice to look forward to returning to my room after being out and about in Bogota for the night. The dining experience is incredible. The Ceviche an Tuna Tartare blew my mind for the appetizers I had on several different occasions. I stay with all the meat options and the steaks were cooked to perfection with tasty veggie sides and perfect mash potatoes. I hosted friends on different occasions and they were very pleased with the experience and enjoyed the spaghetti with shrimp and the other loved the salmon dish. One highlight was the Mother's Day affair. I simple special menu was offered that day. I chose the 2nd option, the white fish with papaya blew my mind. I tried the special Colombian Rum and I enjoyed discussing the rum culture of...

Our entire experience was wonderful. The atmosphere was such that we felt we were not in Bogota, but in a place far outside the city. The hotel Is very quiet, with fantastic views of the city. We enjoyed an evening sitting around the fireplace talking with other guests and the staff. There happened to be a wedding reception this evening, which added to the atmosphere with live music, dancing and celebrating. We asked to have a romantic themed room with roses and candles, it was perfect. There are many pieces of unique artwork to admire, each with a history that the owner's father created. The staff was great and very accommodating and attentive to our needs. Frederico, the owner, made himself available to answer any questions and ensure all of our needs were met, he is also the chef and made us wonderful dinners. He told us about local things to do in the area and the history of the hotel and his family. We'd certainly recommend staying here if you're looking for a unique hotel with a...

**La Colina: A Bogota Gem** La Colina is more than just a hotel; it's a warm and inviting haven in the heart of Bogota. The cozy atmosphere and positive energy are palpable from the moment you step inside. The staff, particularly Federico (the Owner), Tamara, Nairobi, and the rest of the team, truly go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. As a solo traveler, I immediately felt at ease in their care. While I had planned to explore the local food scene, I found myself returning to La Colina for every meal. The culinary offerings were consistently outstanding, and the service was impeccable. Any other restaurant would have been a disappointment in comparison. I cannot recommend La Colina highly enough. The dedication and passion of the ownership and operations team are evident in every detail. Thank you for an unforgettable experience.

Unbelievable experience .A magical place. The hotel staff were very helpful and courteous. Their attention to detail was impressive. The room was massive and the bed was very comfortable, My room was cleaned daily and decorated with fresh flowers! The location was a short cab ride to everything I needed and was gracefully arranged by the hosts. I felt completely at home there. Perfect place for couples or someone looking to rest and reset! The food was also very good with Colombian fresh fruit breakfast every morning.Put it on your bucket list!!
