Hostel Mi Casa Cali — Hotel in Cali

We booked a private room through booking.com, when we arrived, they said the price given on booking.com is not accurate and we were only allowed to stay in a dorm. We had just had a 29 hour journey and really wanted a place for ourselves so we could get some rest. Owner only wanted to move us if we paid almost double the price! After some discussion, the guy who works there, moved us to another dorm without any other people. We fell asleep and were brutally woken around 00:30 because the long term guests came home and felt like heaving a party with the loudes music ever! Walls are very thin and it sounded like they were literally partying next to us. After half an hour we decided to ask if they could turn the volume down a bit, all we got was a rude answer that they didn't care about our nightrest and if they wanted to party, they would.
