Piedra Luna — Hotel in Cali

If I could give 6 or 10 stars I would. The service was amazing treated with excellence. They have breakfast on the property and they bring it to the room if you chose. I was preparing a presentation for work, so it was great for me. I asked for more coffee, they brewed more and brought it. They called a can for us to go local, they called an uber to take us to the Airport. I forgot our pillow and found out when we were on our way to the Airport. They Sent someone to give it to us at the airport, we paid for the car ride ofcourse, but they were so open to help. It was an amazing experience. Service orientedness of the front desk has been lost but not at this hotel.

The hotel is clean, smells good. The room is confortable, the TV is smart tv, the room had a large bed, a sofá for 2 and a sofá for one...

I love everything about this hotel. This is my second time staying at Piedra Luna. The service is impeccable. Everyone knows you by name. I felt like I was part of a family. Desde el primer acercamiento con la experiencia en este hotel fue excelente, a pesar de realizar la reserva el mismo día, se logró evidenciar su respuesta eficaz; La amabilidad del personal es destacable; siempre atentos y con una sonrisa, lo que realmente hace la diferencia, le da al ambiente una atmósfera agradable. Cabe destacar que la atención al cliente fue impecable, respondiendo a cada solicitud con rapidez y eficiencia.

Todo el equipo fue muy servicial, asegurándose de que nuestra estadía fuera cómoda y sin contratiempos. La habitación era confortable, limpia, bien equipada y con una cama que garantizó un descanso reparador. Hasta brindaron una cama extra, de forma rápida que se adaptó a nuestro viaje.

El ambiente general del hotel es excelente, tranquilo, bien decorado y con una atmósfera que invita a relajarse. Además, la confirmación de la reserva fue rápida y sin complicaciones, lo cual siempre se agradece.
