Hotel Cacique Chalala — Hotel in Charalá

We went to Charala (yes, the name of the town is Charala, apparently a deformation of the original name, Chalala) to visit the Cotton museum (Museo del Lienzo de la Tierra de Charala) and stayed in this lovely, comfortable little hotel. $25 USD per night for a double room. Nice garden, friendly cats, which I must say I appreciated as I miss my cats when I travel. :-) The people were not fake-friendly, they were just pleasant and helpful....

This Hotel is exactly what you would want from a small town location. It is close by the major attractions, has off street parking, provides meals and has the best service you could hope for. Meals are provided at a time that suits you to ensure that you are comfortable and have privacy. The Hotel is quiet, but the staff are always available to attend to...

Aparte de que Charala es una bella población, cargada de historia, con destacada participación en la gesta libertadora, quiero resaltar que nuestra estadía en el hotel fue muy grata; nos sentimos muy bien atendidos , en unas confortables habitaciones e instalaciones. Maneja una tarifa muy asequible, que incluye un delicioso desayuno y parqueadero dentro del hotel. La atención es magnífica, la verdad que nos hicieron sentir muy bien, saludamos a don Raul, su propietario y a su personal con una magnífica actitud, especialmente la señorita Johana. El hotel está ubicado a cuadra y media del parque y de la iglesia....
