Update: While there were a lot of issues making the reservation, the stay here was very nice. Additionally the staff was very pleasant and helpful. Hopefully the below gets worked out as it was really a hassle.
I chose this hotel as it was walking distance from a large event that I am attending. With the event ending late at night I was not wanting to gamble on being able to get a taxi or Uber when it ended. This hotel is only 10 minutes walking. At this point I am not sure if I will even get a room when I arrive. This hotel is very strange to deal with. When I made my reservation on their website it asked me for my credit card to guarantee the reservation. I entered my credit card information and it was confirmed as received. A few days prior to my reservation I am told that I now have to prepay my reservation through a Wompi application. However, the Wompi website is not user friendly when the person paying has a US credit card. After several failed attempts, I had to get a local person to pay. This was my only option. While the hotel offers online chat, WhatsApp, and a number to call the hotel directly....all of these options provided zero assistance. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels in Colombia, and this was the first that I had experienced such a mess. If you are not from Colombia, do not stay here. If you are limited in hotel options and you need to stay here, I would consider making a reservation with a third party application that can assist you if this hotel starts to play games with your reservation. I will update my review after my stay....should I actually get...

We stayed at Green Factory Hotel while in Bogotá for the Chayanne concert. We appreciated that the hotel offered roundtrip transportation to the concert for 50,000 COP per person — it was smooth and well-organized. The staff was also friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
However, several downsides impacted our overall experience:
There is no air conditioning, and when we opened the windows for ventilation, an overwhelming number of flies came in — we had to close them.
No hot water made showers uncomfortable.
The elevator only worked the first night and was out of service for the next three days.
Breakfast was basic. On the first day, staff made us fried eggs, but the next day they said only scrambled eggs were available due to being short-staffed.
The location is in a very industrial area with nothing nearby to do. We took an Uber to Cota’s main park, but there was really nothing of interest, so we returned to the hotel quickly.
The only amenity available was a pool table.
While the room was clean and the concert transportation was a nice touch, the lack of comfort, amenities, and the poor location mean we wouldn’t choose to...
