Fuga Neusa — Hotel in Cundinamarca

The food was delicious I really want to congratulate the chef, every plate was perfectly cooked and as ordered. The menu is a bit limited if you’re staying in a week or more. However it assures you every plate is prepared fresh.

Regarding the rooms they’re beautiful and well decored, they have wifi, towels, a nice blanket for the cold, soap, shampoo, conditioner, a portable heater and coffee/tea station. It has all the comodities except for a tv which allows you to disconnect and enjoy the views, so i recommend bringing your ipad if you want to enjoy some entertainment. The bed is comfortable and with the blanket provided is perfect to enjoy a warm night. The staff is very friendly, attentive and welcoming, they definitely made sure we were all comfortable during our stay. I definitely recommend this place to stay! It is great for a relaxing weekend or family gathering. It has an interesting trail with frailejones which leads you to a beautiful view of the whole reservoir, it is steep and narrow but a great exercise, totally worth it! Very cozy and nicely themed and maintained.

The only downside is upon arrival where you have to drive through a small unpaved trail which is a bit steep, so bring a vehicule with a good traction. Also there are no nearby stores or such so to avoid the inconvenience of going in and out bring everything with you. Also not accesible for disabled or reduced mobility, access requieres passing through rocky roads. Id recommend including more alcoholic beverages such as cocktails.

Excellent place for a getaway with loved ones. Near Bogotá, the road was in good condition for the most part, once at the hotel, lodging was cozy and warm and everyone was really kind and helpful. I was by myself with 2 kids and during dinner the owner even sat and played with them for a while so I had the chance of a quiet meal 🙌🏻, food was delicious. The view from our cabin was amazing and we were all able to connect with nature during our stay. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the Neusa park with different trucks and also a playground for the kids. Note that at night it gets really cold so proper clothing is needed. Although I strongly recommend arriving during daylight, as the road to the site is very difficult in the dark, the staff were extremely kind and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The view was incredible, and it felt very remote and idyllic. The breakfast was very good, and a ton of food. The space is new and beautiful.
