My wife and I went midweek from Bogotá to this wonderful place to disconnect from the city. We had originally booked the container with a great view, but when we arrived, they upgraded us to a room in the hotel — it was huge, clean, and the view was absolutely breathtaking.||Since we were the only guests, we were treated like royalty. The whole atmosphere helped us slow down, relax, and reconnect.||The food was nice, and in the evening there were some fun games available to keep us entertained.||If I had to mention a small downside, it’s the road from La Vega to get there — it’s a narrow, dusty road, but nothing to worry about. Buscábamos un lugar rodeado de naturaleza y con buen servicio. Aunque leímos varios comentarios negativos, decidimos confiar en los reviews positivos. Lamentablemente, nos arrepentimos. Los comentarios negativos reflejan con mayor precisión lo que vivimos.

Antes de reservar, hablamos con Alejandro, quien nos garantizó una buena experiencia, pero no fue así. El acceso al lugar es muy empinado, y ese día estaba lloviendo. Llegamos de noche y el camino no estaba bien iluminado. Además, se había ido la luz y no había señal ni internet para avisar que habíamos llegado bien.

El container que reservamos se veía más grande en las fotos. En realidad, era muy pequeño y no tenía ni un solo mueble para organizar la ropa; tuvimos que dejarla al lado del televisor. No había agua caliente, hacía bastante frío y el jacuzzi estaba sucio, con un espejo en el techo roto y también sin agua caliente. La respuesta de la señora fue que debíamos esperar hasta el día siguiente a que llegara un técnico.

Lo único rescatable fue una arepa de chía del desayuno, que estaba deliciosa. El desayuno se sirve a partir de las 8 a. m., pero como no dormimos bien y nos despertamos temprano, pedimos si era posible tenerlo a las 7 a. m. y no fue permitido. Además, mientras comíamos, estaban barriendo justo a nuestro lado, lo cual fue bastante incómodo.

Sinceramente, no recomiendo este lugar. No vale la pena perder el tiempo ni el dinero. La noche costó casi $500.000 COP y la experiencia no justificó en...
