rooms were clean and roomy, most rooms slept 3 or more comfortably. they provided drivers for a large group to get around Chia. upstairs bathrooms were a bit undersized. the restaurant for the hotel was a bit of a walk however they had woodfired pizza ovens, made their own bread and had their own organic garden from which they picked fruits and vegetables. The food was very good. Internet access was necessary for me and if was more than sufficient. nice...

Lontanissimo dall'essere un hotel, ha lo svantaggio sinanche di non possedere la tranquillità nella quale dovresti sentirti immerso per la lontananza dal centro abitato.||Basta quell'unica costruzione ad esso "confinante", per distruggere l'atmosfera rilassante; il vicino è chiassoso, rumoroso e per nulla convinto che dovrebbe rispettare le persone che vivono al di là del suo recinto, protetto addirittura dalla barriera elettrica sopra il suo muro.||L'assenza del ristorante interno, lascia sconcertati, pichè se l'ospite non ha voglia di uscire, può affidarsi solo al servizio di consegna a domicilio, sperando di non trovare già chiuso l'esercizio che offre quei servizi, che, tra l'altro, offrono cibo di scarsa qualità!||Di notte fa freddo e le camere sono fornite di una sola stufa elettrica (o in camera, o in bagno). I rubinetti del lavandino non sono forniti di acqua calda, per cui bisogna prodigarsi sia per radersi (gli uomini) sia per lavarsi i denti. Le finestre non hanno i doppi vetri; addirittura in bagno hanno lasciato una porzione di finestra senza, giusto per "areare" l'ambiente.||In definitiva, un B&B molto spartano, anche se il costo supera qualsiasi...

the rooms are clean, big and they have chimney (but mine was not working) heating and the service is very good, people are very nice, the breakfast was traditional but delicious, it is a very small hotel, the location is ok, the hotel is nice but the streets to get there are kind of ugly, nevertheless Chia has not many options and i would say...
