If only it matched the view.

Let’s start with the positives. The view is absolutely stunning. They really have a great location. Ok and the service is very good.

This place feels like Alan Sugar set the apprentices the task of setting up a glamping site, and they only had one week and half the budget they wanted. The quality, from build to menu to food itself, is all mediocre at best. Meanwhile paying premium prices.

10,000 for a can of club Colombia. I get that you’re paying for the view, but that markup had us reeling. The alternative was a bottle of corona for 12,000. Surprising lack of selection - and two poor choices.

The pizza was fine. The base was crispy, albeit a little too thick. My friend enjoyed his sandwich, and the purple potato crisps were good. But you just feel a little short changed.

They’ve one of two options, raise the quality of food served, drink options, decor, music quality etc, or drop the prices.

As things stand there’s little glamorous...

PUBLICIDAD ENGAÑOSA.

Al solicitar la habitación en plataformas externas sale un precio de 393.000 el cual promete en imágenes un desayuno, jacuzzi y un montón de cosas, al reservar prometía bañera, ducha etc. DESPUES DE HACER EL PAGO se cargan 478.000 y revisando las fotos de la habitación, es solo una CAMA Y UNA MALLA, sin ni siquiera un televisor, realmente un precio exageradamente elevado para lo que es, solo incluía el desayuno y sin ninguna actividad adicional, cuando intentamos contactar al alojamiento hicimos un monton de llamadas las cuales rechazaron, al solicitar la cancelación se negaron y al buscar la misma habitación HORAS DESPUES en la misma plataforma SALIA A + de 600.000 pesos. Nos dicen que las habitaciones en donde hay jacuzzi vale UN MILLON DE PESOS LA ESTADIA Y ESO ES LO QUE DEBIAMOS PAGAR DE EXCEDENTE, se niegan a devolver el dinero en fotos se ve todo ideal pero no caigan!!! La peor experiencia, tan solo revisen las reseñas de quienes pagaron esa habitación de un millon de pesos, mucho precio poco valor... teniendo en cuenta que hoy en dia hay un muchísimos Glampings que ofrecen incluso mas por menos valor. SI TIENEN LA OPORTUNIDAD DE GASTAR A SU DINERO AQUÍ...

De resaltar la ubicación y que el sitio cumple con la experiencia de Glamping al lado del embalse y la comida fue buena . De lo malo me pareció exageradamente caro para lo que ofrecen y más con el servicio que todavía les falta bastante. Justo antes de llegar la vía se divide y es confuso encontrar el lugar sobre todo si se llega al anochecer. deberían poner letreros o avisos. Me quede una noche en la cabaña más grande, cuando llegamos como a las 4pm nos dijeron que la habitación aún no estaba lista porque el huésped anterior todavía estaba en la habitación. La cabaña bonita pero tenía fallas en las barandas del balcón del 2do piso que podría generar un accidente grave. El jacuzzi estaba sucio como con algas o hongos. Pedimos repelente contra zancudos pues había muchos pero no ofrecen por ser un hotel ecológico. Habían ruidos eléctricos en un poste al lado de la cabaña que no nos permitió dormir bien en la noche. En resumen el sitio es bonito pero aún le falta mejorar muchas cosas sobre todo por el precio aún si es algo entendible por ser un hotel...
