Ribera del ave — Hotel in Cundinamarca

We visited Guasca and stopped at this amazing boutique hotel to visit Rafael. Rafael previous owned a famous Italian restaurant in Bogota which hosted celebrities, CEOs of mega corporations, and world leaders. He was incredibly nice and allowed us to tour the entire hotel, guest rooms, and sprawling estate. We were first greeted by two baby goats and then met the staff who would later prepare a stunning lunch. They have a full kitchen, large pizza oven, and outdoor dining room. Breakfasts are serviced daily and included with your room fee. While lunch was being prepared, we were offered beers and walked across the small bridge to visit two incredibly friendly horses and several chunky, happy dogs. Lástima que no se puede poner cero o sin estrella. No puedo calificar la atención como ineficiente porque fue inexistente, totalmente ignorado a la llegada. Fue un escaso saludo, para acto seguido dejarnos parados en la entrada por más media hora, al no recibir algún tipo de atención nos percatamos que el host estaba tomando vino con unos húespedes que llegaron al mismo tiempo que nosotros. Que falta de todo, de respeto, de hospitalidad, de empatía , sentirse como 'arrimado', cero bienvenido. Decidimos no hospedarnos, e irnos, y ni siquiera se dieron cuenta de nuestra ausencia hasta que solicité la devolución de la reserva por whatsapp. Parece ser un lindo lugar pero es que ni un recorrido, entonces ni idea. Ojalá si deciden ir, los reciban mejor porque sentirse ignorado,...
