La Mona Eco Cabins — Hotel in Dibulla

We stayed in la Mona cabins for two nights after two long days of hiking in Tayrona and we only have nice things to say !

First, the host Nicki and all the staff were amazing ! We immediately felt at ease, the atmosphere was very friendly and uncomplicated. The cabins, gardens and common area were well maintained and inviting . Overall very cute ! The room had a direct view in the forest and had all we needed, even a hanger for the clothes.

The food was served in the common area and was always very tasty and healthy. We enjoyed sharing our meals with the other visitors and hosts. Price range for the meals is between 6 and 10€.

We also booked a horse riding tour (jungle ride ~4hours incl lunch at local neighbors). We definitely recommand it ! The rescued horses live a healthy and happy life there and are very well trained (suited for beginners!). Many other activities can be organized in La Mona cabins, like yoga classes with a view, cooking classes, tubing and more.

From Palomino, the cabins are best reached with Mototaxi. The ride is a bit adventurous but the drivers were very friendly...

This place is a real gem. We stayed one night and we had the best time. The cabin is overlooking the jungle and mountain range, a breathtaking view to enjoy during sunset and especially sunrise! If you're looking to have awesome adventures and be in nature, this is the place to go. The rooms are so nice, it's all new and the views are just amazing. You can go for horseback riding rides in the jungle which makes your stay evem better. The horses are around the ecolodge next to the common area and it's super nice to have them around.
