I hadn't been back to Colombia in 18 years and this was my husband and kids' first time in Colombia and it was spectacular. We wanted something more in the campo to stay and Milagros Home is a hidden gem! We had the family over several times (who live in Colombia) and they just fell in love with the place.

It is just far enough to be away from the loudness of the city but close enough to places where we didn't have to drive far to the supermarket or to get some food or do some shopping. During the day it would get warm but there was a fan that helped but it was never unbearable. And at night or after it rains, there is just the best breeze; no need for AC! Since we are in the country, there are going to be insects and bugs but that's anywhere in the country. We just used some mosquito spray and it was perfectly fine. My son loved it! And the views... absolutely gorgeous!

I do have to shoutout Mario for being so attentive for whatever we needed. He always responded quickly no matter what.

Walter, who takes care of the property, has our hearts! He showed my husband around the first day and was super attentive as well. We loved his company as well as Kira, the dog on property. She's just the sweetest thing and loves all of the cuddles!

Carmen also came to clean while we were there and she did an excellent job! She was so joyful and even though I only saw her for a couple of hours, she still makes me smile.

Juancho and his wife and sister in law made this amazing sancocho that I have pictured here. We hired them to make us food for the family and it was so good. They exceeded our expectations! Not only that, he also was attentive to our needs and was always super helpful. His niece does nails and she came over and did all of our finger nails and toe nails at an excellent price.

We will definitely return here in the future. Coming from the U.S. it was such a beautiful change that I already miss so much.

La cabaña es hermosa, le faltan detalles para que el visitante se sienta al 100%, no tiene utensilios de cocina completos, no hay horno microondas, no hay licuadora, no hay ollas para cocinar, no hay parrilla para asar arepas si eres paisa, no hay escurridor de platos, así que lavas los platos y los debes escurrir o secar tu mismo, no hay toallas para limpiar en la cocina, para mi que no me gustan las mascotas, en la cabaña habían dos perros, uno no muy amigable, el otro demasiado amigable y se mantenía dentro de la cabaña y a veces lo encontrábamos durmiendo en una de las camas del segundo piso. Don Mario muy atento, excelente anfitrión, nos prometió mejorar todos estos faltantes y nos dijo que eran nuevos en el negocio, por lo que se justifican estos faltantes, hay una excelente vista desde la cabaña, las camas súper confortables, muy limpio todo, me gusta mucho, solo asegúrese que ya la cabaña esté bien dotada. ...

Milagros me gustó por qué tiene buenas comodidades, la atención fue muy buena, tiene área de lavandería , está cerca de la zona urbana si necesitas algo urgente hay farmacias, panaderias, supermercados, restaurantes, centro comercial, hay una exelente y amplia vista, muy bonitos paisajes, para los amantes de la naturaleza hay avistamiento de aves, hay un sendero que te dirige hasta un río allí te puedes meter y refrescarte se respira aire puro, de verdad que te desconectas del bullicio de la ciudad es un lugar...
