We stayed here while visiting nearby towns during Christmas time. We arrived at 4pm and the room we reserved wasn’t ready, so we were accommodated into a different room that only was “almost ready”. We left our bags and left for the rest of the day. We came back at around 10:30pm and just let ourselves in. There’s no control of who goes in and out, and if you stay in the family rooms, you don’t even get a key!! |Once we were ready to go to bed, the tables that hold the mattress in one of the beds fell and there was no one to help us put them back. You won’t find any personnel late at night. My husband had to get the mattress off and fix it so we could sleep!! ||There was music playing outside and visitors until late. Also, there were other families staying there and you could here all the noise. Staff were friendly, room was comfortable, shower had good pressure and warm water. The room was cool but the bed had enough blankets to keep warm.
