Glamping Jardin provides a "glamping" experience in the original sense of the word: camping in a very solid luxury tent with your own platform and bathroom, very comfortable mattresses and duvets, while still being true to the essence of the camping experience, and for a very fair price. Here you'll be in touch with nature, as the tents are located in a charming coffee/banana plantation, the sound of the rain on the canvas, the sound of the zipper as you open the porch in the morning, the fresh air and stars to gaze at night. The common area where breakfast is served and coffee can be taken throughout the day, is a a few minutes walking from the camping area, and is very well laid out, and a lovely place to meet other travellers or just chill out. The family Glamping tents are very comfortable and it was amazing to go to sleep and wake up to the sounds of birdsong and insects. There is a comfortable social area where breakfast is also served and the views from there (and the tents) are something else! The tents are surrounded by banana and coffee plants and you get both for breakfast. The owners are incredibly helpful and very responsive on WhatsApp. They advised on everything from hikes to restaurants and onward transport. The Glamping is high above Jardin, but it’s easy to get taxis and tuktuks to and from town. You also get a good head start up the hill if you want to hike to Cueva Esplendor (which I would hugely recommend). Jardin itself is charming.
